Speakers from a North Carolina playwrights' forum facilitate stage reading performances of clinical research scenarios. Attendees will be guided through empathy mapping exercises, providing practical and powerful tools for stakeholder management.

Describe the empathy map technique, related to stakeholder management; Identify how to participate in “stage” readings of original scripts of stakeholder interactions; Gain collaborative experience building empathy maps for stakeholders; Demonstrate technique's impact, through role play and performance, ideas for future practical application of technique in your own department and/or project.
